PT1044 wad for 10ga (250/bag)
The PT1044 is a light capacity 10ga wad with a volume-consuming cushion section. This wad adds great variety and usefulness to the 10ga. Our staff loves this wad for lighter and low-pressure loads for the 10ga. You'll like it too for some great nickel-plated lead, bismuth, and ITX-10 loads.

Curmudgeon's Loading Tips: The PT1044 is ideal for light field loads and clay target practice. The PT1044 broadens the usefulness of the 10-gauge, combined with its pre-slit design, making for easy loading. A cushion section accepts loader pressure while accommodating various load heights, minimizing the need for filler wads.
Applications: The PT1044 is best suited for lead and bismuth loads in lightweight shot charges and small shot sizes. It can also be used with ITX-10 loads with the addition of Mylar Wrap. Do not use steel shot with this wad as the maximum load capacity of steel shot is less than 1 ounce. We are also working on SpheroTungsten loads and more ITX EX13 loads.
