PT1260 Multi-Metal wad for 12ga (250/bag)
The PT1260 is our largest capacity PT-series wad. This makes it a very useful wad for non-toxic field loads and other heavy duty applications.
The PT1260 is specifically designed to handle moderate to larger volumes of non-toxic shot. It can handle a wide range of pellet materials, including lead, steel, bismuth, ITX and SpheroTungsten. The moderate shotcup and precut wad slits make it a superb wad for non-toxic pellets of many different materials.
Extra Protection:
If you are using larger steel or hard tungsten shot (#3 or larger) or if you just want extra protection, we recommend that you use Mylar Wraps inside the shotcup.
Curmudgeon's Loading Tips:
TYPE: 1-3/8 oz lead loads, 1 oz steel shot. Other Multi-Metal loads include bismuth, ITX and other tungsten-type pellets.
The PT1260 wad features a slim cushion section and a large capacity shotcup with four tabbed slits.
